A friend of mine contacted me to do a cake for her niece's first birthday. The theme was Peter Rabbit and I jumped with joy, Peter Rabbit is such popular cake theme yet nobody ever asked me to do any cake with this theme.
Upon negotiating design etc, Chloe's mum work colleague made her the cake topper. I found it really sweet and she's done a great job. She made the peter rabbit figurine completed with vegetable patch etc.
If you look closely on the picture you will see that Peter Rabbit is sitting on a circle, that's the part supplied by Chloe's mum. I made the white picket fences around the supplied topper.
Since the topper was supplied I completed with this Mr. Frog I-dont-kow-what-his-name-is and this lovely Miss Duck I-also-don't-know-her-name.
This project is really fun to make, and I quite like the way everything just works with the supplied topper.
